When you place an order, you authorize Ember & Olive Pizzeria to charge your payment method for the total amount of the order, including any taxes, delivery fees, and surcharges. We may require verification prior to accepting any order. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any payment as soon as reasonably possible. For delivery orders, the estimated delivery time is provided at the time of purchase but is not guaranteed.
4. Delivery and pickup. Delivery and pickup options are available in select areas around London, WC2E 9HA. The exact address, order timing, and delivery window will be communicated during checkout. You must provide accurate contact information to allow delivery personnel to complete the delivery. Deliveries are subject to local health and safety standards and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.
5. Taxes, tips, and gratuities. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Depending on local law, taxes may be added at checkout. Gratuities and tip options, if offered, are entirely voluntary and accrue to the assigned staff in accordance with our policy.
6. Changes, cancellations, and refunds. You may cancel an order within the time window specified at checkout; otherwise refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. Special circumstances may apply at our discretion.
